Do remember hag it’s not an all inclusive resort but they do have the option. Ask them about it if you’re interested, although we didn’t go for all inclusive. We like the freedom to choose!"

"Great experience overall. The staff in the restaurants, beach/pool, lobby were super friendly and helpful. Didn’t think we needed a butler but it was such as nice perk and was handy multiple times. I thought not really having a balcony to walk out would bother me more but not really. Enjoyed that there’s 3 pools. Japanese restaurant is the best. And the beach is clean, clear and super shallow to swim. Overall enjoyed it all a ton. Just didn’t love the “selling” aspect of the packages /...

"Overall, we had an amazing time here and would definitely return. Starting with check in — we had diamond club and it was smooth, easy and seamless. This was the same for check out. We arrived on a Saturday and met our butler (Daniel and Steff). Our room was not ready so we went to the pool to wait (we packed bathing suits in our carry on). The DC pool & beach and the regular pool & beech were both PACKED! There wasn’t a single available chair and this was around 1130am. We managed to find...

"Given that it's a hostel and the price is so low, I wasn't expecting much. But the Mayan Monkey was amazing. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming (shout out to Javiera and David), the public areas were lively and engaging, the food and drinks were great, and my bunk was comfortable, cool, and quiet. I was pleasantly surprised, and would definitely stay here again."

"The rooms were clean and fhe air conditioners worked well. Karla and the entertainment crew was great. You have to stay for Friday Foam Party. As with any holidays there are always minor inconveniences, however the staff were quick to address our concerns and had the issue corrected immediately. The resort is a very good value for you money."
