"Excellent resort with incredible food at the restaurants. Vip access through Expedia included concierge check-in which was really helpful. Club lounge access was worth the cost, spread for breakfast and happy hour was good and rotated daily. Kid-friendly with multiple pools and games"

" Check-in and check-out were handled very slowly. The service showed zero professionalism and was highly inefficient. There was only one group ahead of me, yet I had to wait 30 minutes to be attended to."
