"I believe this is a brand new hotel. If it is not, they keep it incredibly clean. We only spent one night here but the rooms were spacious with a large closet for all luggage and nice bathroom."

Very modern and upscale, excellent city view with nice wide windows with automatic shades. Bidet on toilets, everything modern in room. Very nice buffet breakfast, beautiful infinity pool. Game room for children was awesome. I love the indoor jacuzzi with the city view, also have a steam room. The hotel is inside the mall and access to BTS/MRT. Very convenient. Close to everything also there has to be like 50 different restaurants inside the mall so eating options were abundant. Walking distance to park is 8-10 mins. Would definitely stay again! "
"Cozy rooms, clean and hotel overall environment looks new. Staffs were friendly and no communications barrier from front desk, bell and concierge which is a plus however there seems to be not so nice smell coming from the air conditioning vent in the room."
