Top Ashiya Hotel Reviews

karaksa hotel grande Shin-Osaka Tower

karaksa hotel grande Shin-Osaka Tower

8/10 Good
"This hotel is in a nice neighborhood and is minutes away from the Shin-Osaka train station which was important for us. It is also located right next to a Lawson convenience store which came in handy. Our room was very clean and had a corner view. The downsides are the flooring is not carpet, so we can hear the footsteps from the room above us or when they move their table stools around. Iโ€™m a light sleeper so any bit of noise wakes me up. Also, there is lack of storage and no safe. Luckily, we didnโ€™t bring any valuables with us and for storage we placed our luggages under the beds. We had to improvise on the way we accessed our daily outfits in advance. Other than that it was a nice hotel."

"Very well presented hotel attached to a metro station, so good transport options. The room was a good size, clean and the air conditioning and heating worked well. There was a good range of items at breakfast. It did get very busy at breakfast at later times; staff tried hard to keep everything topped-up, but there could be things missing. Another coffee machine or keeping the filter coffee topped-up would be useful. I would definitely stay at this hotel again."

8/10 Good
"The property was conveniently located near public transportation and within walking distance of many sightseeing attractions. However, I was disappointed by all the extra charges, including fees for the washer and dryer and access to the gym. There was also no iron available in the room. With so many basic amenities costing extra, the stay felt less relaxing and didnโ€™t really give me the vacation experience I expected, especially in such a tourist-friendly location."

"Amazing hotel!!! We stayed four nights and it was the best hotel of our trip to Japan! The location and all the amenities were fantastic : the incredible breakfast, the happy hour with free wine, drinks and food. It really feels like a luxurious hotel. The only con is the size of the room but it shouldn't stop you from choosing this hotel. The bed is very comfortable and the room is very beautiful. I would go back without thinking."
