Great location for first time travellers as its connected to the subway station (shin-Osaka) and has taxi drivers near by, easy to locate and wel looked after. And loved the room and bathroom space!

Compact room, we stayed in the basic one: but it had everything we needed, as we did two day trips we just needed the room to sleep. And this hotel, best part is the location - as on both days, we were able to go from Room to Shinkansen in 5 mins. Perfect location if you are using Shin Osaka station. Wish, I could have continued, but had made a separate reservation in Central Osaka.

Incredible location, directly attached to the train station, right next to the shinkansen gates. Rooms were incredibly small though, with like a foot of space around the beds. The shower was nice and the room had a couple of massage cushions which we enjoyed.

So happy I stayed here, at the Shin Osaka area. After a long trip to tokyo, then shinkansen to Osaka, ot was a relief that the nice hotel was in the terminal. Im used to trekking in 90° weather to a hotel thats 15 mins away. Recommend highly.. great staff too!!

Perfect room for a one night stay in Osaka. The room was very small but as we just had one suitcase this was fine. Great view from the room and very convenient being right on top of shin Osaka station! Slept well as room was very dark. My only complaint would be that the lighting in the room is so minimal that it’s hard to see what you’re doing when you’re not sleeping.

Can I get paid for doing you Check-in job for you?

remm Hotels are always comfortable. But their checkin system is lacking in common sense. Needs a staff member to walk you through the checkin process. How silly is that? So now I'm doing their job for them while they point to what I have to do on the screen. Just go back to the old way of you doing your job and I'll be the customer. Of fix your technology so a child can use it.
