Excellent stay in a lovely property. Very well located between two metro stations. Rooms are large and spacious with every required amenity. Daily supply of very comfortable pyjamas was a bonus ! Will stay again when in the region.

The staff was professional and friendly , the amenities were absolutely perfect, location was easy access for our first time visit to Osaka . Hotel room was an absolutely beautiful, unbelievably clean bed was comfortable, and very quiet. The lounge access was a very nice bonus. If I come back to Osaka without a doubt, this is the hotel. I would stay at again . I highly recommend this hotel . This hotel, checked all of the boxes for perfection

The hotel location was great since it was close to major areas of the city but it was still in a quiet area away from crowds. There’s beautiful temples and shrines close by as well as amazing dining options. My favorite part of the hotel was having a laundry room on the floor we were staying; it was very convenient. The cleaning staff were very fast and organized as well. The window view was great and overall the room was pretty cozy. The only complaint I would have is that the TV was slow but WiFi was fine.
