Overall good stay and I go pretty often when in-town. 2 negative points are 1.room tobacco smell since some other rooms nearby are smoke allowed it mechanically reaches your room 2. Thin walls and noisy when windy outside Otherwise staff is nice especially the ladies. The gym is great too
The staff dosen't speak the best english, but it is their second language and they more than made up for it with their service and curteousness. The rooms weren't huge, but they were large compared to most Japanese hotels Ive stayed in.
The reception is really helpful. Although I do not speak any Japanese, but they still tried their best to understand my need. Will come stay here again!
