"201호 스위트룸에서 숙박했습니다 룸하나인 스위트인줄 예약했는데 룸 두개였고 큰 방은 싱글침대 두개가 배치되어있고 작은방은 퀸침대하나가 있었습니다 새건물인만큼 깨끗하고 모든시설이 좋았습니다 특히 음식이 아주훌륭했습니다 아리마온센 거의모든 료칸 온천호텔에서 숙박해봤는데 고쇼벳쇼와 더불어 음식에서는 탑2입니다 무료로 제공해주신 여러 간식들과 음료로 즐거운 밤을 보냈습니다 올라가는길이 좁고 가팔라 미리알고가시는게 헤매지않으실수있어요 저게진짜 길인가 지나치실수도..다이슨헤어드라이기도 공청기도 좋았어요 "

"一組にも関わらず、駅到着後、車でお迎えいただきました。 駅から本旅館までは坂を登る必要があり、荷物が多い中ではより厳しい移動となるため、非常に助かりました。 到着後、チェックイン手続きまでの待機時間は多少ありました。個人的には気にならない程度です。 手続き後、宿泊する部屋まで、担当の方にご案内いただきつつ、設備等も説明いただきました。非常に丁寧で、とても心地が良かったです。 温泉は素晴らしく、しかも混雑していないタイミングだったこともあり、非常に楽しめました。 夕食なしのプランでしたが、朝食は非常に満足度が高く、夕食アリにすればよかったなと後悔するほどでした。 帰りも車で駅までお送りいただき、助かりました。 総じて、すごく丁寧な接客をいただき、とても素敵な有馬温泉旅行にしていただきました。ぜひまた訪れたい旅館です。"

"Nice and quaint ryokan with free shuttle service. The tourist information centre can help to contact them for you when you arrive. We booked the only room with an outdoor onsen and bathroom as we were travelling with a toddler. All other rooms don’t have any private toilets. Dinner was amazing and served at sister ryokan 5 minutes walk away. Breakfast was served downstairs. The staff were always smiling and ready to help. Very friendly and welcoming ambiance.
