Staff were very friendly and helpful. Location was pretty good. Most places were walkable. Unfortunately, the rooftop pool is only available during certain periods, even though it was very hot (in October). Room was very small, even in comparison to other hotels in Japan.

Convenient place to stay to tour the city as well as for day trips around Kansai. Hotel with a lot of adds on (laundry, restaurants, spa and even vending machines for beverages). Only downside it’s a very big hotel and with a lot of floors, so at certain times the elevators were very busy. But all in all, would stay here again.

google maps has a melt down here because all the walking to stores and stations is underground. its a very easy building to find thankfully since it says APA way up at the 27th floor or whatever. but its a jungle in the underground area.
