"Location: A hotel i frequented every time i’m in KL. central, walking distance to KLCC & bukit bintang (pavi), bcs i personally dislike driving in KL.
Check in: staffs 10/10. Love the welcome drinks, minibar & breakfast choices (if you pay for the room w these options).
Amenities: Chill pool, but not kid friendly. Complete gym, if you need one. Never tried the bar. Parking is free (make sure to not tap your T&G, take their tickets instead).
Room: The rooms are big, new furnitures....

"On the website it was mentioned that check in time is 3 p.m., however the person in charge told me that the room is only ready by 5 p.m.
On the check out day, the person in charge texted that check out time is at 11:30 a.m. and any later than that the guest will be charge extra.

"Property start to rundown. Used living room restaurant for breakfast and high tea. It is not great, foods are not fresh, no service attitude. Table and placemat are not clean properly. Room phone are not working even after told the front desk, hence not able to order IRD. "

"doesn't match the 5-star hotel status. Only 2 lines for check in, where 1 line is for priority members, and both lines wait for their turn for approximately 10-15mins each guests.
I do not know why check in takes this long.
When it is my turn, it is the same, where the staff just stares into the computer for 10 mins.
Furthermore, any requests that were made before my arrival was not noted although the staff has remarked that she will put a note on my booking. None of the staff found any notes for my booking.
Room is also dusty, and the toiletries tray is full of dust.
I will not stay here again."
"Check in started at 2pm, the front desk seem a bit stressed, our room was only ready at almost 4pm. It’s an old building with a not so “driver friendly” parking lots.
The 2 bedroom suites was spacious , the kitchen has all the things you need for cooking.
At night the streets here can be heavy traffic, so plan your activities.
Overall I think I would give a 7/10. If you are couple looking to get romantic honeymoon feel then you will get disappointed. "
