I had a relaxing and enjoyable stay in KL, with excellent service from the moment I arrived—friendly, attentive, and always helpful. The room was spotless, comfortable, and offered a superb view. The location is a big plus, within walking distance of Petaling Street and Chinatown, perfect for local food and bar hopping. I’d give this hotel a full 5 stars and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Kuala Lumpur—a definite must-stay!

This is my first stay in Sunway Putra Hotel, normally I stay at Majestic & Hilton KL Hotel whenever I'm in KL. I must stay that it is a first great experience here.
Pros : Easy access to shopping mall where you can get everything there, near to train and the place is accessible to other town route like bangsar, cheras, petaling jaya etc
The room is fine, the bed is comfortable and I had a good sleep too. All the needs like mineral water, clothes iron, microwave are provided

I didn’t stay here on those dates. I wasn’t even in KL so there could be something wrong with the system. Rated all 5-stars because I have been there before and it was good then.

Clean Room and the Hotel overall is well-maintained
Our room was comfortable, clean and had everything we needed for a nice weekend getaway. The coffee machine was a treat!
TV channels aren't great...but we were not there to watch TV!
The Pool was small but clean. It's attached to the Bar that served small bites. For a city hotel, it was good enough.
The Gym - very well-kept and clean.
The only disappointing thing was dinner. We had booked dinner for 2 nights and only...

We had an amazing staycation at W Kuala Lumpur, and it truly exceeded our expectations.
The room design was absolutely stunning. Modern , stylish, and thoughtfully detailed. I especially loved the high-quality toiletries; you can really feel the luxury in every touchpoint.
The breakfast spread deserves a special mention, generous, well curated, and delicious.
The Wet Deck is another must-visit spot, perfect for leisure or gatherings. Enjoying the spectacular KLCC view from there was...
