We had an amazing staycation at W Kuala Lumpur, and it truly exceeded our expectations.
The room design was absolutely stunning. Modern , stylish, and thoughtfully detailed. I especially loved the high-quality toiletries; you can really feel the luxury in every touchpoint.

I had a relaxing and enjoyable stay in KL, with excellent service from the moment I arrived—friendly, attentive, and always helpful. The room was spotless, comfortable, and offered a superb view. This is my first stay in Sunway Putra Hotel, normally I stay at Majestic & Hilton KL Hotel whenever I'm in KL. I must stay that it is a first great experience here.
Pros : Easy access to shopping mall where you can get everything there, near to train and the place is accessible to other town route like bangsar, cheras, petaling jaya etc

I love the hotel & room amenities compared to some high-rating hotels. Perfectly fulfill my healing needs. I don't like the towel replacement. On the day of arrival, the towels are all good. But the replacement towels were ripped version here & there. I also don't like the coffee stain mark on the table. I thought the room service didn't wipe the table properly. The table is actually clean, but the stain mark can't be removed. Might as well just remove the table
