"The actual stay at the hotel was acceptable. What was unacceptable was the promised hotel transport by suttle from the Kuala Lumpur International Airport to the hotel. The shuttle I was promised was commandeered at the airport for airline staff, while my wife and I were shunted aside and made to wait some time, with all of our luggage, for another shuttle."

The reception staff greeted me with warm smiles and provided all the necessary information about the hotel's facilities and services. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the hotel's location was perfect for transit if you have an early flight. Rating 5/3"
