Tidy room and comfortable bed. Aircond is cool and water heater work correctly but sometime the water stop flowing, probably due to air trapped in the pipe. TV channel is basic, just ok. Surrounding location is a plus. Walking distance to AEON mall and many restaurant and facility around."

The hospitality is great and the people at the check-in counter were extremely accommodating. "Convenience at its max. With Mid Valley & Garden malls on site, what else can you ask for. Your one stop shop for everything. Service at the hotel is also great with staff always trying their best to serve you. Buffet breakfast has a good spread but if you opt to miss out then there's plenty local food places around the hotel. Pool is also nice, clean and big. Rooms are good and clean. Towels though do need a refresh. Overall highly recommend this place for a short stay and convenience to everything."
