This property is very well maintained. It is clean and well maintained. It has facilities to cater for large meetings or offsite meetings. The rooms are clean and comfortable. However, the Wifi needs to be improved as connection is really slow.

This hotel very nice and large lobby- far away from Kul airport than on site say- room nice - bed comfortable / but bath towel very very old -color change to old yellow not white towel any mote - no face towel - we found few cockroach in washroom even the building very fancy deco - need more clean and sanitize more 1 star

Nice; could use some improvements

The staff were kind and polite…very professional. The complimentary breakfast was very pleasant. The carpets throughout the hotel were dull and dirty looking. Outside of our door the window was very damaged and raggedy; it needs to be replaced. The room service staff failed to bring us our order; they later stated our food was sent to the wrong room. Our restroom door had splintered wood and my finger got caught on it…thankfully I was not injured. They did not stock our room with a sufficient amount of toilet paper for a family of three for a three day stay.

Stay for one night during Chinese New year. Everything was fine not until the buffet breakfast and it was horrible experience. The staff let us in into the dining hall and got search for 20 minutes to get a table. My two sons who are studying at nearby university joined us for breakfast and got to paid RM 38 per pax and definitely not worth it. Replenishment was slow for food and drinks. Also their dining staff are short handed. The worst buffet I had experience in a hotel.

Ok but the manager attitude need improvement

The room is very comfortable, the bath room water tab pressure is not so good. The foods are very good, workers are very friendly except the restaurant manager which he will only serve some selective customer. Hotel and restaurant manager is showing a very welcoming service to all his guest. Really bad experience about this and I am not looking forward to return to this hotel again.

Tenera is very comfortable and affordable for all.

very mixed bag!

The room was spacious and the bed was phenomenal for comfort, however, the TV lacks channels and the housekeeping is inconsistent. I would highly recommend ordering in from Mcdonalds via the grab app and the hotel food is not to be desired especially if you do not want to come home, sick. (verified by my doctor) the windows are NOT soundproof and the hotel is on the side of a highway. However, if you're in the motor trade business then this is the place to be! many exhausts need replacing for a peaceful nights sleep/

Enjoyable stay ^_^

Friendly and warm staffs. Comfortable and clean room. Variety food for breakfast. Only need to wait for the elevator for couple minutes. Overall my family were greatly satisfied.
