Receptionist was very polite and helpful. The breakfast spoilt the overall stay. It was not a buffet breakfast. It was a cold dish with some rice and crisp. There was no other option. Even the tea with no milk.

For the price that I had paid you should have be more specific descriptions on this hotel. To be honest you should grade this hotel in the budget category as they were located in a row of shop lots.Totally disappointed with every aspects...looks..parking..location...type of customers...decor...yaks...literally everything. Felt cheated!!! FYI checked out within the next hour...did not utilised room

Amenities are in common areas rather than in rooms. Staff member slept / lives next door with interlinking door - noisy and not private. Piano noise right throughout the day every day.
