"Great transit hotel. Great options to eat nearby. Our only complaint was the noise from the room next door. Walls were paper thin so we could hear the entire conversation the family had next door when they arrived at midnight. They really need to fix this. Other than that rooms were modern and clean."

"Good value for the money but it took 45 minutes to get a grab driver early in the morning. The ride itself is 20minutes to the terminal. They have an OK restaurant there for food, it wasn't bad. Facilities are very clean and tidy although the rooms are small and very basic (for the price, its what you would expect, so this is not a complaint). Figure RM 30 for your grab ride each way in your calculations."

"What made my stay here different was the service. Akira (or Akari, apologies) was a very welcoming, friendly and helpful woman at reception. I was a bit stressed as my luggage from Istanbul did not arrive. Dealing with a super warm reception person helped a great deal. After learning of my ordeal, she upgraded me to a very nice room! She didnt have to do that. After checking out, Asmawi at concierge also put in an extra effort to get me a Grab which was difficult during peak traffic. Several Grab drivers opted out but Asmawi persisted until I got my Grab for KLIA express. Will definitely stay here again."

Little getaway

"It was a perfect 2days.Upon arrival was greeted warmly and they gave me early check in which l needed badly as was not so well.Good clean room. Nearby many shopping malls and nightlife.Breakfast was good and club lounge served varity of food and drinks. Had amazing stay.Have been stayinh i. This hotel for many yrs whenever l travel to KL."

"After landing it took a bit to find but once arrived it was a fantastic first impression. Well appointed, well designed and the aroma was so inviting. For an airport hotel it deserves a 5 star rating. It has all the amenities of a world class hotel. In fact, I’d consider staying here then do day trips to city center I the future. Great job Sama Sama!"
