Cleanliness is generally acceptable. Can be improved further. Reception staff are friendly as well as restaurant staff. There’s no wifi in the room despite being mentioned available on the website. No housekeeping available in the afternoon onwards.

Pictures were deceiving. WC was leaking when flushed, washroom counter and bathtub was dingy and damaged. Entire room smell mold, bedcovers were not clean, wallpaper was falling off. Entire room was dirty and not as posted.

Booking done incorrectly, staff was incompetent to correct. Had to re-book cause they couldn’t fix now I have extra room paid for a stay I have to fight for a refund from Orbitz. Unfair and inconvenient that should have been an easy fix at check in.

Pictures were deceiving. Staff were incompetent. Messed up my booking. Instead of 2 rooms 3 nights they had 1 apartment 2 rooms. The night staff didnt understand and I had to book an extra room. Overall I had paid for an extra room that we didn’t use cause the staff didn’t know how to make the changes in the system. Place was run down and dingy. We had to change rooms cause it smelled moldy, and WC was leaking. Will not recommend.

I rented 2 units for the weekend, a studio and a 2-bedroom apartment, the studio was clean and tidy but the 2-bedroom apartment was a disappointment, the shower was not working, toilet was dirty with traces of leakage at the ceiling, disgusting! Furnitures were also very aged. Will never repeat.

Bayu Beach with a good swimming place

Lovely place to swim Beg Sept beach to ourselves. Pool kept in very good condition Good attitude at desk Remember this is 3 star so don’t be unreasonable and expect rooms to be like the Ritz. They tend not to have any sun beds on beach but a good old fashioned towel works fine. It seems to be a hotel for local families which is nice.

Bilik luas (2 tingkat with spiral staircases), toilet banyak, view cantik, kemas & bersih. Pihak hotel maybe boleh letakkan safety penghadang utk elak kanak2 bermain di tangga. Kebetulan masa menginap 1 unit lif rosak. Terpaksa berebut n tunggu lama utk guna 1 lagi lif, especially waktu check in, check out n petang2. Berjanggut tunggu. Last2 guna tangga sampai aras 6. Hotel ada public kolam renang yg sesuai utk kanak2 n pantai juga dekat. Petak parking tak banyak tp masih mencukupi utk guests.
