"The advert was exceptionally deceiving. The toilet it was dirty and someone had come in while we were out and wet the bathroom. They advertised a private plunge pool for each room, they was not only no. Plunge pool but not even a bath. They advertised a kitchen, yet they stove was not working, which meant we couldn't cook all the food we'd brought with us. We were very upset and highly disappointed. "The bedroom sheets had stains and bed was dirty it appeared nothing was clean. The place is outdated however that didn’t bother us it was mainly the cleanliness. Hotel use physical key. The staff did give another room however it was dirty as well. The hotel only wanted to refund 10% for us being there 10 minutes. We ended up booking somewhere else and also contacted Expedia who didn’t help that much "
