"Staff was so Friendly. Check in quick and easy. View from our room, riverside was phenomenal. Everyday we had a shuttle from the hotel to take us to the train station where we could either hop on the sky train or the ferry. And the shuttle comes every half hr to pick up so we never had to worry about finding a taxi back to the hotel. Highly recommend this place. I’ll definitely be going back "

"Everything was good. It's in a great location with access to many restaurants, shopping, and nightlife. The room I stayed in was very large with two air conditioners that worked well. The staff was great. No problems. The only downside was some ongoing construction, but there's not much anyone can do about that. It's only temporary and eventually will be finished."

"This has been my favorite hotel to stay at when I am in Thailand. It is the perfect location and close to train station, food, transportation. However, in both buildings they have a mold problem. The walls have mold in them as well as the showers. Do not stay in the the older building where the top rooms are suppose to be. The toilets do not flush and the sinks leaks water everywhere. The constant noice from outside gets annoying because you can hear everything in the rooms so there is bad noise...
