Had to get a resident of the condo to help as the security guard doesn't understand English or was simply unhelpful. They do not have a reception area, but the people in the condo helped me contact her. I would advice you buy a sim at the airport if you don't have a thai number and you contact her (number indicated in her post) prior to going to the condo. "Its very bad experience to us. Its very cheap hotel... actually its no hotel too, this is some dirty hostel and i guess one lady holds the account for this. dirty room, no internet, no shower. Due to our flight got late we reached there late and found that the given phone is not answering. And you cannot enter the building because of card access. Finally we got some local who unfortunately know that lady and he called on her personal contact. HUGE dis appointment... its a fake hotel and complete...
