"Check-in was at 4:00 pm. When my family and I got there at 4:00 pm our room was not ready. They said we would receive a text message when our room was ready. At about 4:15 pm, I spoke to another employee and she was able to get us a room that was ready. The room was very spacious and modern. Very nice bathrooms, comfy beds, and just the right temperature. However, there were stains on the couch, table, and floor. There was also a small puddle of liquid on the floor of the living room, which I had know idea what it was. At one point during my stay, I also saw a medium sized cockroach crawling from behind the stove. My daughter really enjoyed the water park. So overall, my stay was good for the most part, the staff is very friendly it’s just whoever cleaned our room before we arrived needed to do a better job."

"Property is a resort style, the rooms are spacious. Comfortable beds and a full size kitchen. 2 regular pools and a water park, there is also an onsite restaurant. The room was clean, we had a two bedroom, two bath, the first room had a nice king size bed and the other room had two queens."

"Horrible never again pool was closed most of the time even if wasn’t raining they don’t let you know you have to be calling every time to see when there will open again , when you call them you have to wait and then they hang up on you sometimes they don’t even answer and Noo they don’t call you back this place is not worth it waste of money"

"What was there not to like! We had stayed there before the pandemic hit. We weren’t very happy or satisfied with the staff service nor the rooms cleanliness or appearance back then. So my husband and I decided to give it another change. 5 or 6 years later, when we went this time, much, but much more was improved. The only thing is that we couldn’t stay longer due to having other responsibilities back home with my elderly parents who live with us but we couldn’t bring them since this was our 26th anniversary and we just wanted to spend time together to relax and recharge our batteries. Thank you for the excellent stay we had."
