"Wonderful clean relaxing and quiet "

"Staff were friendly, on top of things, and easy to make requests. Although it would be easier for the staff if rooms had bins for recycling instead of them sorting through the trash bins. Also, our washroom keeps getting a pool of water whenever we shower because the door doesn't close or seal."

"This property is perfect if you are looking to rest and relax. The location is beautiful, and the resort is small and quiet. Overall the food was higher quality than most all inclusive resorts. This is not a “party” resort. "

"The Staff at the resort was above all others. I don’t even know where to start, on day one Daniel at the pool made us feel so welcomed. Daniel was absolutely amazing, friendly, attentive. We have never had as good of service by the whole crew there, Sandy, Omar, Adilita, Miguel, Viviana and the names go on. Every request was made with a smile. We were the celebrating my mother’s 90’s birthday and the went out of their was to make it special. Outstanding service. Food was delicious. 100% recommend this resort. It’s a smaller resort and that’s what we were looking for. "

"Place was amazing. I took my wife there for her birthday. The food was amazing. Room was amazing. The staff was beyond friendly. I loved the fact that when you got a beer they gave you a can and there wasn’t a towel checker either. It is a 100% encapsulated site. So you really can’t leave the property unless you take a cab. The stores are quite expensive on a relative basis. So make sure you have everything you need. It is a 5 star world class resort, be prepared to be impressed"

"I am a review reader....and the reviews that this place gets are just not accurate....This place is a hidden gem...We stayed here 4 nights and the staff went above and beyond to accommodate us...the food was EXCELLENT....our room was awesome...The room ohotos are exactly as pictured...If youre looking for the party crowd....this aint it....but if youre a couple and want to spend some nice romantic alone time....this is your place...I went against my norm and gave this place a chance despite some of the reviews....and im glad I did.....THIS PLACE DID NOT DISAPPOINT ."
