As read on many prior reviews the hotel doesn't look as new as it once did. There are signs of wear and tear and agree some much needed maintenance is definitely required to the hotel to make it truly shine. Being a boutique hotel does have its qualities where you are given quality over quantity and that showed, food and service was exceptional. "

"New rooms, spotless clean, cleanest rooms I started in, food was great- lots of choices and good quality, they had a lot of activities that were free such as kayaking, bike riding to see the cenotes on their property, beaches were beautiful, fun activities for kids, we will be coming back there.
