"El servicio es impecable "

"We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...

"This was our first visit to El Dorado Maroma and we loved it! The staff were outstanding. A few people stood out to us. Angel in Limo Limon, Arturo, Israel and Oswaldo with the entertainment staff. Armando and Marco the beach butlers were so helpful. The grounds were beautiful. We will definitely be back!"

"Stayed for 7 nights, the staff were incredibly kind and helpful. Away from downtown but we had a car rented, so that was a bonus because it was very quiet. There is a public beach a 15-20 minute walk away, 7-11 next door, a lovely cafe in the same building, and just accross the street a couple restaurants we ate at when we didn't plan ahead with very affordable pizza. Will likely return because it suited our family's needs perfectly!"
