"The grounds are stunning. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. What really stood out was the service which was really excellent. From the moment we arrived to when we left, we felt taken care of. We ate at most of the restaurants and the food was very good at each one. The entertainment was fun and there were lots of activities. The spa was wonderful! I highly recommend this destination and a shoutout to Omar and Angel for truly making us feel like family."

"Nickelodeon resort Riviera Maya was so much fun! The rooms were clean, comfortable, & spacious. I loved that every room had 2 bathrooms which is a must with kids. Every room had an ocean view with a swim up pool. We had such a great experience at this resort! It wasn’t just kid-friendly — it was truly fun for adults as well. The hotel felt very luxurious for a family-friendly resort, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, always answering our questions and being attentive to our needs. Every day there were plenty of activities to keep the kids busy and entertained.
