The renovated room was moldy and not nice at all. We got a bit better one the next day though. Room was clean. Food was average, restaurants were better but hard to book as many are closed several days a week. Beach is nice. Generally we found it expensive for what it offers.

We didn't get the room we reserved, no sleepers, no robe, no upgrade was offered. The staff was fantastisc in all restaurants and around the hotel. The wild life is kept free and in great condition, very nice having them around.

Staff were wonderful! The room had some issues but biggest issue was the App the hotel uses to book reservations at the restaurants. Most of us could not access the App and when we did it was very difficult for a group to get reservations. We had help once from Guest Services. They need a new system!!

This is a basic budget property you get what you pay for food is ok clean rooms nice coffee shop nice pool the beach is very nice watch out for the raccoons they are cute at first but become annoying the longer you are there and some are aggressive they will take the food right off your plate

Everything was very good, food, service was awesome. Staff very attentive. I will definitely stay again but this time with my family. I went with my good friends and we all enjoyed. Just see if you all can put elevators because not fun carrrying luggage up three flights of stairs. Other than that I will stay again!!;)
