"Everything was excellent, staff great service , food is delicious and the hotel is beautiful room clean and always fresh. I think the only problem was our safe, but that was about it, we loved the service from Jose from the sunrise bar and Luis from the pool bar. Luis from hibachi did a great job as well. Honestly the entire staff was great made us feel pampered all our stay."

"Service is out of this world. Staff is trained really well. Rooms are exceptional. Large great layout and modern and super clean. Very surprised on the level of service. It is expensive but you can get common food and drink items in their market store. The water park was nice to visit I wish we had more time to see the evening show "

"I loved their professional yet welcoming appearance and demeanor. My driver Jesus Cruz was great and made sure I arrived at the El Dorado Resort in a safe and timely manner. Check in was a breeze, I loved the quality and amount of activities available to me at no extra cost and ease of scheduling. I could choose to slow down and relax or be busy and explore, best of both worlds! Food and drinks are top notch, and the variety of food available is unbelievable. I wish I could have tried something...

"Nos gustaron mucho las instalaciones, las albercas, bares y restaurantes muy bien. Buena comida y variedad de bebidas. Cómo consejo, debería de mejorar el servicio al cliente ya que algunos de los que trabajan son indiferentes, pero otros, cómo los que estaban en el bar de los columpios, excelente atención. Gracias por todo."

"Situated in rich forest habitat with two little cenotes on property. Lovely!"

"We stayed here with two families with 4 kids under 10 for two nights.They had so much for them to do. A pool, bounce houses, a trampoline, electric cars, a campfire, and they even got to play with the resident bunny, ducks, and chickens. The staff was also extremely kind and helpful making the kids food to order throughout the day and always finding things to entertain them. We didn't have our own car, but they happily drove us to local cenotes and even helped pick up a friend who needed a ride...
