"Great location for Sunway Lagoon water park activities and you can access the theme park from the hotel and access to the Sunway Pyramid Mall within 5 minutes walk. Very convenient for food and other stuff."

"doesn't match the 5-star hotel status. Only 2 lines for check in, where 1 line is for priority members, and both lines wait for their turn for approximately 10-15mins each guests. I do not know why check in takes this long. When it is my turn, it is the same, where the staff just stares into the computer for 10 mins. Furthermore, any requests that were made before my arrival was not noted although the staff has remarked that she will put a note on my booking. None of the staff found any notes...
