Amazing attentive staff . All very professional. Very help concierge. Excellent club lounge and super staff there. Great rooms . Only dislike no door in bathroom that closed off toilet. Often air con too high in hotels areas!

Overall good, minor improvements needed
Everything is good, just the lightnings in the bathroom are a bit too dark, the eperation of tv was clearly instructed, it cause a few calls and a visit by the mainrenance team, can be avoided by just a short instructions note the room. 8.5 out of 10!

Lifts are very slow. I have waited more than 20 mins for a lift to come on my floor. This is embarrassingly slow. The first time I experienced this in my hotel stays in the world. Pool side was full and also had to take food on the floor like a beggar while paying for a hotel.
