I was given a very nice upgrade to the top floor terrace room, thanks so much, it made my Madrid trip very memorable! Its the best located hotel for the theatres on Gran Via. It feels very safe with tight security and the staff are very nice. The room was very comfortable, luxurious and large, and the terrace was a big bonus. Will definitely be back! "

The staff were friendly. The only thing downside is that the elevator is small and was quite busy. Apart from that, I think the place was great. They gave us some free water and juice upon arrival.
