"The property is at the heart of where you want to be to walk to nearby attractions, restaurants, public transit, etc. The room itself was tight but provided adequate space for two people. Walls are a bit thin so you can hear well outside your door but overall I felt very comfortable in the room. Staff was very helpful in setting us up with our code to the building and room. "Cute property and great location. I was so surprised at how bad the staff is. I sprained my ankle and they didn’t want to give me ice for it, even when I offered to pay. Thankfully one of the breakfast employees was willing to do it. I needed help with my luggage and they refused to do that too. The doorman saw me really struggling with 2 suitcases and hobbling and avoided eye contact with me. I asked if he could bring up a food delivery to my room and he refused. "This property is more a 2.5 stars, the photos in the listing must be from when this property was opened. It lacks of maintenance so everything looks deteriorated and poorly maintained. There is just 1 elevator for a 12 story building, we were told by a regular guest that the other elevator has been out of service for 2 years., so with the amount of people in the holding it could take you more than 5 minutes to wait for the elevator.
