"I am very disappointed in choosing this hotel. I was given a miserably small room on the first floor. The air conditioning in the room was not working properly, therefore I had to leave the window open to cool the stuffy room. I am not sure if the rooms soundproofing is of any good, but because of my open window, my sleep was disturbed in the middle of the night either by drunk passers-by or Madrids Sanitary Department collecting rubbish.
The only positive thing I can mention about this hotel...

"I like the location!
I felt a little claustrophobic because there’s no window, you couldn’t see the street
I think next time I will put more attention to details of the room
The last day the water in the toilet was not working"
