"Wasn’t told when booking that you have to pre book the pool for 30 minute slots. Was fully booked up. No flexibility. Spa weekend ruined.

"The staff personnel were great. The staff helped us obtain early accommodations before check-in time and with directions for buses avoiding the Underground strike. Hotel was wonderful, rooms dark for sleeping and the mattress very comfortable. Extremely recommend the hotel."

"The location of the property is great but the rooms are not good. The room was dusty and had a strange smell. The conditioner was missing in my room. There are water refill stations outside near the elevator which took forever to refill. For a 4 star hotel they charge to use an umbrella, which no other hotels do. The hotel is not worth the price "

"The room and bathroom were clean with towels and essential toiletries. The check in process on an iPad was easy and there were plenty of staff on hand for help with this and checkout.
The location is ideal for theatres , cinemas etc being in Piccadilly and close to Leicester Square, China town, Covent Garden and Soho.
The hotel seemed very busy in the reception area but once in your room we heard no other noise. The air conditioning was quiet and efficient.
We would definitely stay here again...

"The staff provided 1st class customer service. Though the room was small the service made up for it. Every morning I stopped in the lobby to get a latte by the third day they remembered my order and had it ready my daughter got tea in the morning.
