Disney's Maingate West Hotels with Bars / Lounges

"Two main things. 1) Breezes restaurant need to upgrade kitchen because sometimes order can take 1 hour to be done. 2) Like some hotels, rooms has lot of noise non stop especially from bathroom ventilator and ac system. "

"In my honest opinion it was pretty ghetto. While they have alot on the property its like staying in a ghetto apartment building. Neighbors were loud all hours of the night. The arcade is decent for kids but expensive. Wasn’t able to use the waterpark so cant comment. Both restaurants have okay food (not great, not horrible )but terrible service. All in all i would not recommend and wont be staying there again."

"We had the 2 bedroom condo which was great. It was clean, spacious with a beautiful view of the pools. The waterpark was fun, fills up fast, especially on the weekend so you need to go early for seats (unless you pay to reserve). Quality of food is to be expected, in my eyes, you are paying for the convenience of it. We ordered lunch at the waterpark which enabled us to stay past lunch and keep our seats. Service was cool, they bring it right to you! One thing that would be great is better coffee- if you like Starbucks then you are all set. The rooms have Keurigs and I am NOT a big fan of those and the Market Place sells Starbucks, I prefer Dunkin but that is just fyi and not a huge point. Location was great but we had a rental so traveling was not a problem for us. Plenty of restaurants close by.... We also shopped and did some cooking so we did not have to eat out for every meal. I would HIGHLY recommend this place, it was clean, spacious, fun, good location and reasonably priced even during our school vacation (from Boston) week."

"Beautiful property. Love the rooms with all the extra rooms and full kitchen. Check in was great and they will make you briefly talk to another person about timeshare like things and or activities throughout Orlando. Not pushy at all which was nice, after all it is their job too. Would definitely stay here again. Closer to Disney than Universal, but its only about a 20 minute drive to Universal. Pool was nice and had a hot tub. Had a nice weight room and an actual mini type theater with about 25 seats playing 3 various movies per day."
