Hotel Kembara di Riviera Maya

"A place you don’t have to leave to do stuff. Xcaret Park is right next door and this hotel gives you a ride in their Trajinera. Everything is walking distance but they offer golf carts to take you around the areas. Rooms are spacious and have a nice small balcony. Staff if friendly and very attentive. They could be a bit more animated in the bar areas. But a great experience for our first time here. "

"I Love this property, it is a shame that it will be remodeled again. The Food Quality has dropped, several of the (Chef’s ????) should not be in view of the customers, no clue what they are doing. Some of the Speciality Dining restaurants get their food from the Buffet Restaurant. There is No or at least POOR quality control on the Buffet"

The hotel had everything you could imagine, and the staff constantly asked if we needed anything while paying attention to every small detail. The pools, buffets, and drinks were excellent. Six days were not enough to enjoy everything the hotel has to offer. I 100% recommend it."

Julio at Legends Sports Bar is a legend himself when it comes to cocktails, and his mezcal wisdom is unmatched. The mosquitos in the tropical view swim-out was a bummer, but other than that, it was a fantastic experience."
