"The location is beautiful, easy access to Xcaret park, and animals were all around the hotel. Lots of walking included, it is a very large hotel. Food 3/5. The buffet had many options but nothing really stood out. Of the other restaurants, the meats restaurant was my favorite option. Staff was super nice, but very insistent on meeting with a VIP club representative to join their membership. "
