Everything was great, people who can speak English were very friendly. Only thing that sucked was not having a fridge in the room and walk to elevators from front entrance took 7 minutes

Our stay was disappointing. There were ants in the room, which was very unpleasant. Some of the restaurant staff were also unfriendly and not very welcoming. Unfortunately, I was also injured during the trip, which made the experience even worse. Overall, this stay did not meet our expectations.

Checked in early at 1pm expecting to have some great experience. The keys given were not working. And the logistical nightmare to send the security to my room to allow me into the room took forever. Finally after I went into the room, I saw the bathroom floor towels were missing. I was told to wait ...
