The resort was beautiful. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating. Loved everything we needed was right there shopping, dining, even entertainment for every night. We definitely plan to return.

Facilities need updating for sure, but not a deal breaker... staff was great (99% of them), buffet was good but the restaurants could be a little better. Entertainment team did a good job.

everything was excellent, from the greetings upon arrival, to the cleanliness of the room, to the service we received at breakfast and at the bar, and the accommodation for an additional night’s stay due to a travel delay on our end because of the big snowstorm that hit the northeast.
