"It was really nice that they set up our room with a nice tray of fruit and a bottle of Brut Champagne 🍾 for being a vip guest. Then for my birthday 🎂 they set the room up with balloons, a bottle of wine, fruit tray, and meat & cheese tray, and made a heart shape on the floor with rose petals. They also left a bag for my birthday with a tee shirt, a small basket of Mexican candy, Riviera Maya refrigerator magnet, and a printed up birthday card with name on it. The Concierge Ali was very sweet...

"Stayed 5 nights with my wife and 6-month-old. This is a VERY family-oriented resort. If you're not travelling with kids, it likely isn't the right fit. Beach is minimal. Pools are meh, and the tiling is in rough condition. Plenty of chairs, but only because we were there during shoulder season. Food was the highlight and the main reason we booked. It met expectations... consistently fresh, well-prepared, and strong vegetarian options/menus across all restaurants. Good non-alcoholic selection...
