Then for my birthday 🎂 they set the room up with balloons, a bottle of wine, fruit tray, and meat & cheese tray, and made a heart shape on the floor with rose petals. They also left a bag for my birthday with a tee shirt, a small basket of Mexican candy, Riviera Maya refrigerator magnet, and a printed up birthday card with name on it. "I had a terrible experience with Expedia and Hard Rock Hotel Cancun. I accidentally booked the wrong Hard Rock property, then realized my group was at a different location and booked the correct one. This left me with two reservations for the same night.
