All the employees should be commended for their positive attitude and quality of service. The rooms were spotless the amenities were excellent. We purchased the morning breakfast buffet and my teen children loved the food. The staff at the restaurant were excellent from the host to the support staff and provided excellent serve with a smile. "Convenient location, walking distance to tour bus stops, metro train is just right outside the hotel. Customer service is excellent! We forgot our tour ticket , the front desk staff immediately e mailed us our tickets right away. We appreciated all the information they provided . Housekeeper did a great job in cleaning our room."
