"Hotel is in a good location, close to the Colosseum. Good restaurants near by and felt safe walking around. The hotel decor is bold and a little gothic. We liked it. Front desk was very helpful. The breakfast buffet was great, lots of selections."

"The staff was not very helpful and definitely not polite.
The room was nice and clean but the staff operated the temperature in the room and it stayed hot the entire time.
We waited for 45 minutes to be seated and order at the rooftop restaurant and were told
We are just busy, there were 4 other tables."

"We stayed here for 2 nights and the location is fabulous. We had a fantastic view of the pantheon and walked everywhere easily from the hotel. Our room was clean and functional. The hotel has a set of stairs to get to the small lift and these could use an update. The stairs are stained and worn and during the day have cleaning supplies for the housekeeping staff strewn on them. Small changes to this area would go a long way in improving the hotels visuals for guests. The front desk staff were...
