AC did not work, shower was clocked so we could not shower before our flight back to the US, TV did not turn work. oh and the toilet was clocked too when we got there! staff assured us that we would get a full refund for our 1 night stay but still charged us.

The check in and check out was outrageously slow. In fact we never did check out. Stood in line for 1/2 an hour just to get a print out of our bill. Line never moved. Had to leave for the airport. Car service desk was terrible. Part of our party was coming out from Rome. Asked for the best to travel method and was told the shuttle. Pointed to the sign with timetable and pictures of where to meet it. Sign said 8 euros. I told my party that 1 shuttle never arrived the next wouldn’t let them on because they had no ticket!! Neither the signs nor the person I talked to twice - ever said they needed a ticket. Booked a car to the airport a day ahead as there were 6 of us. The airport shuttle only runs at 6:30 am. Let them know 1/2 hr early that we were there for the car. They said they would let us know when it arrived. No car ever came. The lady who we talked to wouldn’t even look at us when we returned to the desk. Another lady had to help and she knew nothing about our reservation or that we had been waiting. She said the car was in traffic and 20 min out. We said we needed to get to the airport. So she called a taxi. 4 min out. It shows up - only holds 4 people. We tell her she apologizes and calls another cab. We were very tired of the poor service so half of us took the first cab. Good thing as the next car also only held 4. No issue with cleanliness or comfort. Food wasn’t great for the price. Will not book again.

This hotel is pleasant for what it is and the macro location between Rome and the airport is great. However, be aware that it is isolated in a mostly deserted office park with little access to public transit and no restaurants in short walking distance. You will need a cab to go anywhere. And the in house restaurant is quite pricey. This is probably a good business convention hotel, but tourists might want to choose someplace else.
