Lunch was spectacular, dinner was OK, not as nice as lunch, expected a more relaxed casual meal vs the higher end menu. Complimentary spa service included was deceiving as it was just a to go packet do it your self mask left in the room, or a true “spa service”. Also property usage amenities were extra, which was a surprise since we were staying overnight. Bath samples were nice but not available for...

"Property was an oasis close to airport. The pool and the grounds are amazing. Only complaints were the view from our 2 deluxe rooms was of the parking lot- most are of the pool and the garden. Also the restaurant was fully booked due to an event but the hotel recommended a fun spot which was a 2 minute walk away. They were also very helpful in arranging a taxi at 4:45 AM and offering box breakfast. Highly recommend if you need a place by the airport!"

We got to the hotel at 9:30 AM, received quality service from the front desk staff, and were able to get into our room less than an hour later. Comfortable, clean and well kept. Would stay again."

"I never leave reviews but I have to for this stay. This hotel is by far my favorite hotel anywhere. I read previous reviews that praised the staff and how accommodating and helpful they are. The reviews were right. Everyone we came into contact with at the hotel was wonderful. When our breakfast waiter found out we would have to miss breakfast due to an early tour time, he offered to have breakfast bags ready for us at 6:30 that morning to take with us that had pastries, juice and bottled water....
