"Staff was great and property was beautiful!"

"It was largely short of stuff considering that many guests in the hotel at the night we stayed. We tried to have a quick dinner but were sold in the hotel restaurant that it was too busy and would take 1-1.5 hours to get food. We were suggested to take room order and delivery. When we called on the phone, we were told that the hotel kitchen was too busy and a message was left to call us back later. They never called! We went to bed without eating any dinner since we had an early flight the next...

"We stayed here for one night before our flight. The location is close to airport, we used the airport shuttle which is convenient and well organized. The room is clean, basic and comfortable. The staff are nice and helpful. Breakfast is good. Right next to a shopping mall with restaurants and supermarket which is good for us to relax and enjoy some time."

"On an extremely hot Rome day, the AC was barely working. After an hour of being in the room, and the kids sweating trying to fall asleep, we asked the front desk for some help. And we were met with a ‘I’m sorry.’ For an expensive hotel, I’m sorry, but there’s no excuse. We had to wake up super early to get to the airport and got poor sleep as a result of the temperature in the room."

"Hotel Smeraldo is a hidden gem in a perfect Location to all the major sites. Restaurants we’re just steps away from hotel. All the staff were very accommodating and went out of their way to assist you. I would highly recommend to anyone traveling to Rome to stay there. Another huge plus is the rooftop bar and restaurant. Very quaint and inviting."

"I only had one night in Rome and UNA did not disappoint. The location is fantastic and a good central point in Trastevere for great sightseeing. There was a bit of a delay getting my room on time but the staff were so lovely, and bought me a cocktail on their rooftop patio while I waited. The room was spacious and modern, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The breakfast was also fantastic, and the views from the rooftop are amazing!"
