"Excellent location near the opera house. Facilities were great. Staff were very helpful. Rooms had everything you needed with some additional touches. Such as free snacks and drinks. Nice cold fridge too. Wine and beer and food vending machines were also a great touch if you needed anything. Definitely recommend this hotel and would stay again."

"The staff was wonderful. We were greeted by a porter when our cab pulled up and he handled all of our bags for us. They also brought prosecco to our room which was a lovely surprise. We had an issue with the person in the room next door having their television up very loud and they took care of it.
We loved that breakfast is included and it was a good selection.
What we did not like was the AC did not feel very cool. We set it as low as it could go, and I still woke up in the middle of the night...

"The 2 bedroom was perfect. Spacious and great for our family of 5. We had our own space and didn't feel on top of each other. Centrally located and easy to get to everything. Would stay here again"
