From start to finish (even before we arrived in Rome) staff were helpful and pleasant. It really was one of the best experiences we’ve had in a hotel. Very personal and an unforgettable room.
We loved the place! The staff was super friendly, which was a great comfort after a long day of travel (we had just received a flat tire and were exhausted). But the staff showed us to a wonderfully comfortable, clean, and stylish room where we enjoyed a luxurious stay! We also loved the complimentary breakfast delivered to our room. Perfect honeymoon stay!
