Liam and Liandra at the FD, Cassindra at the concierge ( I hope I spelled their names correctly) restaurant staff, bell staff, all absolutely great. Our room was very nice, we enjoyed being very close to everything in Mayfair. Room service was also fabulous. I received a nice amenity for my bday with a card. The bartenders from the rooftop were also fantastic, attentive. Wonderful experience! We will return."

"Impeccable service, spotless room, great location, quiet elegance. My only criticism is that I did not appreciate the new £23 per day charge for the housekeepers that just popped up. When I asked about it, I was told, "But 100% goes to the housekeepers". Huh? Was that supposed to make me feel better? Hasn't the cost of housekeeping always been part of the overall bill, and hasn't the decision to tip or not always been with the guest? This is simply an unfortunate new hidden charge to the...

"We came to London for wiinter wonderland with our grand daughter who is 3. We found the staff were very polite and the apartment was lovely clean and very comfortable, my granddaughter loved running around playing hide and seek. The location is great just off park lane and has easy access to any where you want to go round the west end, we come to winter wonderland each year with her and hope to book 9 Hertford street again next year. "

"We enjoyed our stay in this hotel with a proper king size bed and warm bidet toilet seat perfect for the winter. The curtains were thick to shield away the coldness of the winter. Just 1 small thing to improve is their housekeeping, we stayed for 5 nights, every day when we come back in the evening the wash basin is always not clean.. with dirt accumulated day by day and the shower gel and shampoo are such small bottles that it’s definitely not enough for 2 pax a day lol Lastly it’s located...
