"Perfectly comfortable hotel. Walking distance to many of the sights along southbank. Large, quiet room. We couldn't work out how to change between the shower heads but it was all very comfortable, functional and we had a good stay. It was annoying that southwark tube station was shut this weekend as we chose the hotel due to proximity to a tube station on the jubilee line as were going to an event at the O2. Some warning of this would have been good in the many pre arrival emails But otherwise...

"We arrived 2.30, rooms were not ready. We went to use their parking only for them to drop the shutters as we were still approaching. The stay included breakfast but they had not put us on the list and so had to show email and wait for them to correct another error, all in all a disappointment performance "

"We stayed one night as we were seeing a show at O2. Lovely room with views of the river. Easy access via a connecting walkway with own security check to O2. "
