"Really great hotel when staying in Paddington. Super close to the train station so location is perfect for getting around. Room was pretty small size even though I booked the largest room option but this is typical for London. Extremely clean and house keeping came every day. Room faced the street which was pretty noisy until late at night so keep that in mind if you’re a light sleeper. The bar/lounge were great offering delicious food for breakfast and dinner. "Waren jetzt schon öfters dort. Saubere Zimmer, Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit, Frühstück ausreichend. Gibt allerdings nichts aus Vollkorn. Nur leider hatten wir dieses Mal 2 ZIMMER Big Ben View in zwei verschiedene Stockwerke. Super Zentrale Lage. Underground in Fussnähe. Westminster oder Waterloo. Man kommt zu den Sehenswürdigkeiten auch sehr gut zu Fuß überall hin."

"Room was clean and bed and pillows were comfortable. However, the floor of our room was squeaky and a little noisy. Wifi connection was also patchy, so we cannot use the internet most of the time when we are in the room. The facade of the building was dated. Staff very helpful and room attendant has done a tremendous job with keeping the room clean and tidy."
