"Overall the stay was okay. We got up to our room and as we laid in bed another couple was mistakenly given keys to our room and they tried to enter but we had it latched. The front desk called up and apologized but it was jarring obviously. Otherwise it was fine. The room was nice and comfy bed. The toilet leaked a bit every time you flushed it. The tub mat was kind of gross. The pool was warm but not the cleanliest. It was a decent stay."

"Our villa and and the entire property was clean. All staff was very accommodating and pleasant. We have 5 little ones (Ages- 6,5,3,2, and 7 months) and the property has things for all children to stay entertained."

"This was our second time staying at the resort. I love the resort and all of the amenities that it offers. Although this time in our house, the carpet was old and dirty, along with the couch. It was extremely dirty with visible stains. All of the white sheers that hung from the windows were also dirty."
